Choco fudge biscuits!

Want to know how to make them? Well tough, I’m still eating… Ok, Fine.

INGREDIENTS

  • 60g cocoa powder or chocolate powder
  • 200g caster sugar
  • 60ml
  • 2 eggs
  • 180g plain flour
  • I tsp baking powder
  • 70g icing sugar

METHOD

  1. Mix the cocoa, caster sugar and oil together. Add the eggs one at a time, whisking until combined.
  2. Stir the flour, baking powder and a pinch of salt in a different bowl, then add it to the cocoa mix until it becomes a soft dough.
  3. If it feels soft or squishy, chill it in the fridge for 1 hour. Preheat the oven to gas mark 5, 190C or 170C fan.
  4. While you wait for the biscuits, put the icing sugar in a shallow dish.
  5. Make small blobs and cover them in the icing sugar.
  6. Bake for ten minutes and they will crust as they cool down.
  7. Great, now I can get back to eating! Enjoy!
