Want to know how to make them? Well tough, I’m still eating… Ok, Fine.
INGREDIENTS
- 60g cocoa powder or chocolate powder
- 200g caster sugar
- 60ml
- 2 eggs
- 180g plain flour
- I tsp baking powder
- 70g icing sugar
METHOD
- Mix the cocoa, caster sugar and oil together. Add the eggs one at a time, whisking until combined.
- Stir the flour, baking powder and a pinch of salt in a different bowl, then add it to the cocoa mix until it becomes a soft dough.
- If it feels soft or squishy, chill it in the fridge for 1 hour. Preheat the oven to gas mark 5, 190C or 170C fan.
- While you wait for the biscuits, put the icing sugar in a shallow dish.
- Make small blobs and cover them in the icing sugar.
- Bake for ten minutes and they will crust as they cool down.
- Great, now I can get back to eating! Enjoy!
