INGREDIENTS
- 100g starter
- 100g water
- 100g flour
METHOD
- Mix all the ingredients in a sealable container
- It is REALLY important that you mix them in the order messioned
- If you want to see if it’s rising, put a band at the current level of the starter.
- Make bread!
